Susan Sarandon (Janet Weiss)

Throughout her more than 40 years in the spotlight, Susan, 70, has been awarded an Oscar and SAG Award and has been nominated for five Emmys and eight Golden Globes. The mom-of-three is known for her starring roles in Thelma & Louise, Stepmom, The Banger Sisters, Enchanted and Cloud Atlas.

Barry Bostwick (Brad Majors)

Barry, 72 — who won a Tony Award for his performance in the 1977 musical The Robber Bridegroom — is known for starring on TV shows What I Like About You, Spin City and Scandal.

Richard O'Brien (Riff Raff)

Richard, 74, wrote the original The Rocky Horror Show cult musical and later co-wrote the screenplay for the show's film adaptation. He now voices Lawrence Fletcher on the Disney animated TV show Phineas and Ferb.

Patricia Quinn (Magenta)

Though she is best known for portraying Magenta in Rocky Horror — a role she first played in the musical's original stage show — Patricia, 72, has additionally appeared in movies Monty Python's The Meaning of Life, Mary Horror and The Lords of Salem.

Nell Campbell (Columbia)

In addition to starring in Rocky Horror, the 63-year-old Australian actress is also recognized for her film roles in Shock Treatment, The Killing Fields, Great Expectations and The Last Impresario.

One year after the cult classic premiered, Peter, 70, retired from acting. The former star — who once described his role in Rocky Horror as an "embarrassment" — now works as an antiques dealer in London.
