Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been together since the early 2000s before they tied the knot in 2008. The music stars then welcomed Blue Ivy Carter, 12, three years later. Then, two years after the release of Lemonade and the Jay-Z cheating scandal, they welcomed twins Rumi and Sir in 2017. But the following year, Blue proved deep down, the celebrity couple were just like all other parents being bossed about by their little ones.
Blue Ivy hilariously shushed Beyoncé and Jay-Z at the Grammys
At the Grammys in 2018, the camera caught the family of three sitting in the audience watching the ceremony. Beyoncé and Jay-Z can be seen clapping. However, even though her parents weren’t being particularly rowdy at the Oscars award show, six-year-old Blue Ivy didn’t seem to appreciate her parents being “too much.”
She was quick to turn to each of them to get their attention, and they could be seen leaning in to listen to her to hear what she wanted to say. Her hand gesture seems to suggest she wants them to be quieter as she gives them a serious look.
The celebrities were nominated for three awards at the 61st Grammys for their joint The Carters project Everything is Love. They picked up the award for Best Urban Contemporary Album. The album came to be two years after Beyoncé’s Lemonade, which deals with the theme of infidelity and Jay-Z’s 4:44 on which he admitted he was unfaithful to his wife.

The album, as the title suggests, ends the tell-all of their marital troubles and sees them in a healthier place within their personal lives helped by the creation of the album.
Recently, Jay Z released new lyrics which suggested he regretted cheating on the singer.

On X (formerly Twitter) fans shared how hilarious they found the clip of Blue Ivy shushing Beyoncé and Jay-Z at the 2018 Oscars.
Another person penned: “Did anyone else just see Blue Ivy shush Jay Z and Beyonce? [laughing face emoji] #Grammys2018.”
Someone else joked: “Hope everyone who went back to work today channeled their inner Blue Ivy and told their boss to shush and they find them doing something annoying #MondayMotivation #Grammys.”
